Powers:
When in human form as super strangh, She can rip apart very thick chains and make a building fall if she hit the right weak spots, and could lift a semi truck if she really tried. Though she can't do that for long, she gets tried like everyone else.
She can also used fire but she can bend it like a normal fire meta human can. So is often mistaken as a fire bender. And water can stop her fire everytime.
Some limits, when in human form her eyes could give away that she is a dragon. Magicul being would be able to tell right away she is not a normal human by just looking at her or looking into her eyes. Same with humans if they are trained to look for dragons.
Dragon form, she can fly but if her bat like wings are broken or badly cut she would be no longer able to fly.
On most of her body the scales make great armor that nothing can get through, but the scales on her tummy are weaker so anyone would have a chance to hurt her badly there.
And yes she can breath fire but as in her human form water will stop it every time, but she does have teeth and deadly claws.

Taji is a brave and kind person and hates it when others are or in danger becuse of her, so she often seems cold and distant. She does that so people wont get hurt just by being her friend. Though she would love to have friends and have a normal life, but being half dragon that will never happen. And even though she may be on the run that does not stop her from useing her powers to help people she may come by. Though she does not stick around for praise, she leaves just as fast as she came.
History:
For the first ten years of Taji's life was normal as normal could get for a half human, half dragon could get. Every day she trianed with her Father. Learned how to tranfrom into human form and how to turn back into a dragon. And how to fight if the dragon slayers ever found them. As yes for those short ten years Taji did go to school with human children. And none of them knew Taji was really a dragon. So Taji was happy, she had friends a loving family and thought it would be this way forever, though this was not to be. The dragon slayers they had been hiding from found them at last.
They came in at night when everyone was alseep and attacked. Taji's father turned into his dragon from to fight them as his wife and child fled for safty. Though then they got to somewhere safe her mother told Taji to run and never look back. Taji just being ten years old at the time was scared but did as her mother told her to do. She ran and ran for hours and hours. Back at the house the team of dragon slayers had over powerd Taji's father and killed him. Along with Taji's mother who went back to try to help her husbend. When they where dead they then went after Taji but thank goodness they never found her that night.
So over the next seven years Taji never stayed in one place to long. She always kept moving on and never made any friends out would help people if she saw they needed help. Other then that she never spoke to anyone. So needless to say Taji was very lonely, always wishing she could find a place to live happily.. But with the dragon slayers after her that dream would never happen. Then one day she came to jump city. Where she saw there where people with powers... An idea then came to her, in a city where people had powers she would fit in better and slayers would have a harder time finding her. She would have to live on the streets till she got a job but she thought she would be able to stay.. But if the dragon slayers found her... Sge would have to move on once more..
