Age: looks 18, but is far older, at least by a hundred years.

Powers: Flight- She has black wings, that can get big as fourteen feet, or completely shrink back into her body. Her wings can be cut off, and they can get tired. She cannot fly if one is badly injured, both are badly injured or broken.
Dreams- She can open a portal into your dreams and control them. If, she takes the time to do so, she can open a portal to your hearts desires, only when your sleeping, and see what you truly enjoy, weakness, and what you're terrified off, even your past in order to torment you. "Her time is limited when she inside to thirty minutes, if she doesn't get out in time she will be locked inside of that person, forever. If the person is to wake up, she will be thrown out unless she is out of time and the person MUST, BE ASLEEP!
Shadow Ball- Her last and strongest ability is a Shadow Ball. It's a small dark orb, but very powerful. It will greatly injure anybody that's hit with it, and brings back painful memories to that person. She uses this only as a last resort, or if she truly feels cruel or heats that person greatly. It can be deflected, and it does not kill if they get help in time. If you are truly good at locking memories away, then you will only feel physical pain.
Immortal- She can live forever, and look like she's only eighteen. It does not make her invincible, she can be killed.
Senses: She has VERY high senses.
She can get tired, injured etc etc like everyone else, as if she was human, as well as getting sick, she's just been lucky to not have. This is her major downfall.

Personality: Suigintou is a cold person, but she is a dang good actor. She acts just like everyone else. She will smile and be happy, but don't let her fool you, she loves to cause pain and torment people, and playing with peoples' feelings is one of the things she loves to do best. She enjoys making others miserable and likes to watch them squirm. It brings her joy. She won't admit that she really wants others to fell the pain she has felt in the hundred years she has lived. Wants to rain chaos onto the world and cloud it into a miasma of darkness and pain, because she feels like that's what her world is, nothing but pain and darkness. She has never loved anybody before, and believes she will never be able to, but nor believes anyone can love her. Yet she wonders what it would be like if someone did and tried.. She keeps these thoughts to herself. She is arrogant and cold, cares for no one besides herself. She definitely likes to tease and torture her victims. I made that clear right? Secretly, she admires and respects her sister, which is why she can never bring herself to kill her. Little does she know that she actually loves her sister.
History: Suigintou was created in a lab in Paris, France well over a hundred years ago. She was created to be an assassin, kill whoever she was told to kill, and so was Shinku. Shinku seemed to be idolized more than Suigintou, seemed to be better, brighter, more, special. It made her burn with jealousy and hatred for her so called 'sister' and the scientists who made her. Suigintou was sent on her first killing, a few months after Shinku, who did excellent. Now it was her turn. Suigintou killed who she needed to, yet, she wanted to kill more. She returned back to the lab, and once again the job was handed to Shinku.
The craving to kill again seeped and spread within her body, and when Shinku was gone, she killed everyone in the lab. Scientists, pets, experiments, all of them. She waited for Shinku to come back, and see what she has created. When she did, she loved the look of depression and pain that crept its way onto her face. She enjoyed it. She wanted to see more, and gradually attacked her sister. They fought, and neither one won. They blew each other away from one another, and were knocked out. When Suigintou came to, she couldn't find her sister, and so spent the rest of her days alone, pretending and luring people to her only to torment them. She has a bounty after her in almost every country in Europe, and so started new in America, in Jump City, the plans still the same.
