Can bend water and form ice. Also can heal people a little with water but is not very good at that yet.
Strength: Due to living a life as a hero Sarah is little more stronger then a normal girl. Its not like she can pick up a car or anything though. She mostly got the strength form training with her brother Kurtis.
Speed: Again nothing like super speed like Kid Flash but she can run faster then a normal person. Due to training with her brother Kurtis.
Date of birth: July 27, 1994.
Home: Jump city
Alliance: wants to join the teen Titian's but for now is a solo hero.
Relationship: Has taken a likeing to Kyo. And is very close to her older brother Kurtis. And Kyo is now her boyfriend.<3
Appearance:
Personality: When happy is like a calm body of water, open minded and is very nice. But when angry becomes unforgiving like a storm out sea and harsh and cold as ice. Sarah loves to help people for her brother taught her it was the right thing to do even if no one else is doing the right thing. So you can often see her talking to the out casts at her school that no one seems to want to have anything to do with.
History:
When she was a baby her parents where murdered, But she can't really miss them for she does not really remember them but still leaves flowers at their graves when she can. For a while Sarah was raised by some family friends while her brother Kurtis, left to go somewhere. She never knew where he went or what he did for when ever she tried to ask about it he would not tell her. So she lived a happy normal life going to school and making friends.
Then one day when she was 8 she noticed she could move water to to her will. She started to play with water and got better at it after a while. Sarah was very happy she mastered her powers or so she thought. then one day Kurtis came back and moved with her to new city called Jump city. There Sarah went to a new school and made new friends. Then one day when was walking home from school she saw some thugs picking on some girls. This angered Sarah and a new power within her was awakened. The area around her started to grow very cold even below zero. She gave the thugs a warning and they just laughed at her and started to go over to her.
Sarah then raised her hands and iced formed around them and she shot them at the thugs. The thugs of course all ran off for they where all normal people. The girls Sarah saved ran up to her and thanked her then went on there way. Sarah blinked and smiled for she was able to help those girls. After that she gave her self the name " Ice queen" and even got a cool costume. So from then on she would help people when they needed help, but really wants to join the Teen Titian's but was unsure how so she was just happy being a solo hero for now.
