"So, no fighting him, no fighting the natural targets of my character, run away like a coward at every opportunity, and he expects me to rise in the ranks? It's like he's giving me a challenge. Well, no matter how irritating it is, there's nothing I can do but my best." Haddek thought, mulling over new strategies in his mind. He found that thinking in full sentences helped to...lessen the feeling of being used that came when he couldn't control his outward emotions.
"I understand, master. I fear that I may have to rework the disguise somewhat, seeing as how prisoners would not be taken by one with such a personal vendetta. Only the drives and emotions need be altered, though, for the physical aspect can still prove serviceable. Perhaps some privacy can be acquired for me to show you? I doubt we could escape if my body changed with so many around, and if such information got to these dragonslayers, I fear there would be some trouble infiltrating them in the near future." He said, giving a few quick glances around. Nobody was looking straight at them, sure, but that didn't mean that things would stay that way, especially if he started activating his powers like a novice, eager to show off what he can do.

"Rework whatever you need to as long as you accomplish the mission as I've laid out for you. As for some privacy to display your disguise... follow me. This blasted place is giving me a headache with that so called music coupled with the stench of humanity." Hopeslayer rose from his seat and moved toward the exit. He went swiftly but not so fast that his new spy couldn't follow easily. The kitsune really did hate such human establishments and was seriously contemplating just incinerating the place out of principle.
Once they were outside Hopeslayer led the way around the building and down and then halfway down a deserted alley. He paused and then turned to face his newly hired spy.
"Is this private enough? If your worried about the lighting, rest assured I can see perfectly fine no matter the situation." It was true enough, with his various sensors in his helmet it was practically impossible to blind the kitsune or hinder his vision in any way. Even without the helm his vision was extremely keen anyway.

"This one hears and obeys, master." Was all Haddek said as he got up and followed the man. As it was, he too was all too eager to leave this place. The smell of sweat, the music that seemed to be trying to bore its way into his skull, the...just everything in general. If he had it his way, these kinds of places would be illegal. Then, at least, they would be quieter.
As soon as he was facing him in the alley, Haddek returned his attention to his new employer. "Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the man who is willing to blow millions on some mere information has the cash for night vision recording equipment. Will the wonders never cease?" He almost smirked at that, but the only thing he was allowed was a slight curving of the lips. "This situation is most favorable, master. If you will allow a few moments to adjust the persona, this one would be very willing to show you the costume I shall use."
It would appear that he had taken the term 'a few moments' rather literally, for there was almost no pause between him asking for time, and the transformation starting. Unlike what he had done before, this one was not instantaneous. There were multiple factors involved, such as this being a complex transformation, whereas the bird man was just...the best way to describe it would be a picture that could be slapped on top of whatever he was disguised as. It was only to flaunt his powers, it wouldn't really hold up to scrutiny. Well, not the type of scrutiny he expected, no, demanded of people. No, this transformation was much more involved. His flesh seemed to boil as it changed, his hair pulled back into his scalp before it came back out, noticeably blonder than it had been previously. His eyes flashed once, then they became a calm, yet piercing blue. When all was done, he looked like some youth, maybe twenty, ready for adventure and glory. "It is my belief that this form should suit the mission quite well, master. If this is not the case, please state so." he said. Even his voice was different. It was much deeper now, but one could tell that part of it was forced, as if he was trying to have the perfect bass hero voice. As it was, this was a complete disguise, down to the toes. This was his true strength, and even in his current state, he felt a surge of pride at being able to show it.
