A chance encounter ( Open)

Siku had been in this strange land for a long time now, though she just found a area that felt more like home. She had found a forest just outside the city. She was now enjoying the green grass under her paws and the sound of birds singing as well as any normal sounds, and smells of a forest. It was almost like home. And on top of that she had found a pond in the middle. Now she did not know how to swim so she stayed in the shallow end as she started to wash her pure white fur. She had been dirty for a while now she was starting to look grey. When she was cleaned she stepped out of the water and started to shake the water off her. When that was done her fur poofed making her look like a little fuzzball. Siku then looked back into the water and laughed at how silly she looked. She then shook again to smooth out her fur. There that was better, she was white again and her Sun Marks could be better seen. Siku then walked away from the water and started to look around, she soon saw one fruit trees and smiled," Hmm those look good.." She said as she then ran up to the jumping on the trunk trying to shake some of the furit down in her wolf form.

Tsubasa stumbles to a halt inside, unaware of where he ended up completely. Panting a bit, he looks up and notices that the city buildings have been replaced with trees all around and concrete sidewalks are no longer hard but soft with luscious green grass. He had originally thought that he saw a demon and chased it in order to kill it, but it somehow lead him on a wild goose chase outside of the city and into the forest. He would be lying if he said he didn't come out here very often for any reason, whether it be for fun, chasing demons, or any other reason, but it doesn't bother him to return here. Even if his task wasn't exactly fulfilled, he decides that hanging out here isn't a bad idea at all.

He wanders a bit, seeming to know every nook and cranny of this place. Which is exactly why he heads for the center of the forest where a cool and refreshing pond rests calmly, waiting for some disruption to force ripples onto its surface. I suppose a short little swim wouldn't be too much~ It sounds fun~

After clearing a few more trees, Tsubasa rounds one and the pond fills his vision. A soft smile floats to his face with the display that's never unchanging except for the weather changes. Although, certain movements that seem out of place catch his eye, drawing his attention over immediately to settle on a white pup right next to the pond. It's quite common to see wildlife around this area. He's tried approaching them, but they always scram off before he can get too close. Animals seem to be different compared to how they were back when he was kid. This pup, though, didn't compare to anything he's ever seen here, and there seems to be some strange marking on it that he doesn't recognize. They're extremely faded looking to him, so perhaps the shade is just playing tricks on his eyes, but they don't appear to be a neutral color like black or grey. Either way, the new animal intrigues him and he draws closer, trying again at his luck of possibly interacting with this animal.

Siku kept jumping at the tree trying to get it to drop its fruit but the tree seemed to be a bit to sturdy for that to happen. She then gave a small huff as she then sat down staring up the tree. While she was doing this she had not noticed a human come near, it was only when the human started to draw closer to her did she take notice. She looked over at the human meeting his gaze. Something a normal animal would do, Siku then smiled a she started to wag her tail and gave a small bark in greeting. It was her way to show she was friendly and not scared. Though she knew that look in his eyes, the same look she always got when people saw her Sun Marks. So did he have some sort of magic or power? Or did he believe in magic? Siku stayed where she was though as she started to tilt her head side to side as she wondered what this human wanted. But she had a feeling she would learn soon enough.

Tsubasa continues to inch closer, feeling more and more excitement in his chest with the closer proximity he closes in on the animal. He really believes that he's going to finally get to interact with the wildlife, that is, until it turns around and notices his presence. Freezing the instant he comes into the animal's line of sight, he mentally curses himself and pouts that it's going to run away now that it saw him.

However, it doesn't happen. Rather, the white pup actually barks gleefully at him and almost appears to smile at him. He blinks in surprise and begins to try his luck again in inching closer again.

"It's alright, little pup~ I'm not going to hurt you~ I just wanna pet you...~" he tries to assure softly, knowing that it probably has no idea what he's saying. Even so, he doesn't really mind. He gets close enough to squat down in front of it then reaches out his hands gradually to run his fingers through its fur, hoping that it doesn't flinch away from him.

Siku made no move to run away as she stared at the human before her. he did not seem like he was going to try to hurt her. When he spoke that just confirmed it. Ah so he wanted just to pet her. So giving a soft whimper Siku let the human pet her leaning into his hand a little and then licked his hand to further show she was not scared. Was this the best choice? No but Siku had no reason to fear this human as he had not done anything to her. So she was willing to give him a chance.

He watches the pup in front of him, curious by its movements until he realizes that it moved into his hand. He feels his eyes widen a bit in surprise while petting the animal. It actually wants to let me touch it...??

A sudden wave of happiness explodes over his chest and he snatches the pup up in his arms without thinking, holding it tightly to his chest and squirming from the cuteness. "Gah!! You're so freaking adorable and cute and sweet and perfect!! You're like a big fluffy teddy bear!~ Fuwa fuwa!!~" he fanboys, nuzzling its soft fur against his cheek while holding it snugly in his arms.

It was a good feeling to make someone happy Siku was thinking as she let the human pet her. The joy in his eyes felt good to see. Though she was not expecting what happened next. The human then suddenly scooped her up in his arms and started to hug and fanboy over her. Siku yelped in shock and was to shocked to move before she started to get annoyed, she pinned her ears to the back of her head and frowned. " Hey! I let you pet me but I did not say you could pick me up!" Siku said with a slight growl in her voice as she then started to struggle to get free. Not that Siku did not like hugs but she rather people ask first.

Tsubasa continues to nuzzle the little pup in his arms until he feels it start to squirm. Pouting a bit, he starts to loosen his hold a bit until he notices it turn its head up to him.

" Hey! I let you pet me but I did not say you could pick me up!"

He blinks, initially surprised by the voice, but then shocked that the pup was talking to him. Loosening his hold all the way, he lets it down onto the ground and tilts his head in question. "Strange. I didn't know that animals could talk in the area. Unless, could you be a demon of some sort??" he asks politely in the most honest way he can. He speaks without really thinking about filtering his words, but means absolutely no disrespect despite how blunt it may have sounded. Even so, his curiosity grows at this new discovery yet again.

Siku jumped away a little when the human set her down. She frowned at him as she looked back. Though the thing he asked shocked her. "WHAT!!! Siku yelped in shock. Her ears then flattened on her head as she started to growl. How dare he think she was a demon!!?? She looked nothing like a demon!! Soon a bright light came around Siku engulfing her for a moment. And when it faded there now stood what looked like a young teenaged girl wearing Japanese styled outfit. Her hair was snow white like her fur when in wolf form. Her eyes are a red color and if Tsubasa could see them she still had wolf ears and a tail and also the same marks she had as wolf. She glared at Tsubasa," How dare you!! I'm no demon!! I'm a Sun Wolf from japan!! I fight demons to protect humans like you!" Siku said in a angry tone. She had never been so insulted!

He hears the pup yelp again in surprise to what he said he assumes and blinks again in question. Flinching way when it begins growling at him, he panics a bit and tries to immediately reason with it. "Gah! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to upset you or hurt you!"

A sudden bright light fills his eyes, forcing him to close an eye and tear his eyes away from it. He peers through his other eye to watch what happens until he suddenly notices a new form standing there. A young girl now stands before him, expression looking upset and annoyed with him. He feels his jaw drop a bit at the sudden transformation. Tsubasa notices snow white ears and a tail that matches her hair and her outfit. The same faded marking that were on the pup earlier decorate the female before him as well. Staring up at her with wide eyes, he notices her move to talk to him.

"How dare you!! I'm no demon!! I'm a Sun Wolf from japan!! I fight demons to protect humans like you!"

He feels his eyes widen even more and he finally stands up to face the girl properly. "You're from Japan?? So am I~" he responds gleefully, a happy smile brightening his features. "I'm sorry. I had no idea. Where I'm from, there tends to be a lot of demons that come in many different forms. So, I mistakened you for one since I'm not entirely adapted to everything new," he tells her sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head guiltily. He replaces his vision to back on her, maintaining his gentle smile. "Oh, and you don't have to worry about me. I fight demons as well for similar purposes. By the way, you're a Sun Wolf, huh? Are you by any chance related to Amaterasu then??"
