TITANS PLOT! with Robin

ROBIN Richard "Dick" Grayson And now you’ll lead the way, show the light of day seventeen | male | straight | titans leader | profile Nice work you did, You’re gonna go far, kid DESCRIPTION Robin is the last surviving member of the Flying Graysons and the prodigy of Batman himself. Generally known as the straight laced and gruff leader of the team, he has a softer side, and cares deeply for all of his team members. While the Boy Wonder is the poster child for all things good and justicey in the world, he's got a dark side, and he likes walking the line. It makes it super easy to throw him into almost any plot your little heart desires. So, let's go~! FRIENDS & COMRADES His team is his family and Robin cares deeply for all of his friends. That doesn't mean he's going to be soft on you, however, and if you try his patience he will snap. I'm open to Robin making friends of all sorts and even using friendships against him. Also! If you're a teammate or friend of Robin's and want a few threads where out characters get to know each other, I am so up for it. You can come up with an awesome bonding idea, or you can bounce off of the ones I have listed right below this. THREAD IDEAS FOR TITANS > They could go on an impromptu grocery shopping expedition together. Or the mall. > Let's cook dinner! We can burn stuff. That would be entertaining. > Training is always an option. Robin's pretty good at sparring, or just giving tips. > Working in the garage on motorcycles and/or cars. > We could go on patrol! Doesn't matter if we stop crime or not. > Let's play detective! =D I like playing detective. Be my Watson for a thread? <3 > We could have something important go missing, and Robin helps to find it. Or, alternately, something of Robin's could go missing and said character helps to find it. > If you want to get to know Robin's past a little better, I have a thread idea involving the kid catching a part of a tv show that upsets him, and your character can go see why he left in a huff. THREAD IDEAS FOR NON-TITANS > Robin can save you! He's kind of a hero. > Let's get kidnapped together! Richard Grayson is worth a lot of money.  > School project anybody? > Detention? > We could force him to join the cheer leading squad or the gymnastic team. That could be fun. >D RIVALS & ENEMIES Robin is a pretty black and white thinker. If you're on the wrong side of the law then you're Robin's enemy. He's got a lot of enemies, and I don't feel the need to list them all here (because we'd be here all night Dx) but if you wanna tango, torture, confuse, or harass Robin lemme know. I enjoy torturing my favorite bird just as much as his enemies do. But I didn't just say that. >.> Shush. THREAD IDEAS > Anybody want to blackmail a few circus acrobats to dress up like Robin and steal things? =D > Did I mention Dick Grayson is worth a lot of money? Because he is. Kidnapping Robin again! > Dick has to deal with a lot of bullies at school. &amp;nbsp; > Undercover work! Robin goes into the criminal underground undercover a lot. Clearly, he didn't learn from the Red X indecent anything beyond telling your team you're undercover. xD - so! He can either infiltrate your organization without you catching him until later. - or! You can know it's him and let him think he's fooling you. LOVERS & OTHERS So, it's a running gag that Robin has a thing for redheads. Truthfully, I'm a super open shipper. If you want your character to have a relationship with Robin just let me know and if he isn't already engaged in a relationship at the time we can give it a go.^^ If he is, just wait a little while. It's not like the kid actually knows what he wants. Plus, I mean, have you seen his girls-I-dated list from the comics? Holy every available girl, Batman! ESTABLISHED (will be updated) BATGIRL – Robin has had a crush on Babs for as long as he's known her. He's grown a lot since the days he used to follow her around like a lost little puppy, but he's always going to have a thing for her. STARFIRE -Robin has had a crush on Star since she first crash landed on Earth and kissed him. Trust, deceived

I'd be down for a thread. I have one guy that's technically a titan, one man that would be a pretty good fit for that last villain thing, and a load of on the fence guys. Shoot me a message or whatever, and maybe something can get started.

Dude, you should throw your Titan into my open Titans thread so that he can meet Robin. Aaaaaand which part of the last villain thing? I'd be down for that. That could be fun.^^

I could probably slam that round peg into that square thread if I saw a solid opening. I'll check tonight. And I think an infiltration of Johnathan's 'family' could be intriguing, whether or not Robin was figured out.

Coolcool! I haven't quite figured out all the characters yet, so if you wanna link me to stuff on Johnathan's family, or even just tell me about it, then I could figure out how to infiltrate the family and we could have that adventure.

Well, Here's a link to Ol' John's profile. I don't know if I ever really updated it, but he's essentially just a 'behind the scenes' type of guy. He doesn't fight or anything, instead he just sends other, less mentally stable people to do his bidding.

[The Hopeslayer]

I wouldn't mind having Robin try and infiltrate Hopeslayer's organization.

Hopeslayer does host an underground criminal fighting tournament every so often to recruit meta-humans as lackeys. He doesn't trust them much but does send them on missions to accomplish tasks for him that he doesn't think his bots and his two imps are suited for. It would at least give Robin a taste of what Hopeslayer is capable of if you're interested.

Okay, I sort of get what John does...but I have no idea how I'd have Robin go undercover. How does John find people?

So would you like me to start the fighting ring thread, or would you rather start it with your character tracking the place down and entering incognito like?

Proooobably easier if you start it, seeing as how it's your fighting ring and you can explain/describe it better then I.
