Powers:
Dimensional Storage/Warping: While holding onto her katana, she can cut holes in the dimension to effectively create a cloak and dagger style of attack. The holes she cuts in the dimension seal up the moment she steps through. This ability is extremely draining as it requires a lot of energy to use and can only be used while she has her weapon. Without her weapon she can't hide in the folds of space to attack.
Water and Ice manipulation: Though self explanatory, it needs to be noted that she can only use this ability for defensive and offensive purposes and because she hasn't trained in the use of these abilities without a weapon, currently she can only use them with a weapon. After some training it is possible for her to use this power without the use of a weapon but as things are now it is not.
Enhanced speed: Thanks to the lab's modifications to her, she can move and react slightly faster than the average person and in combination with her dimensional ability she can be quite dangerous as she will go from one pocket to another in a chain attack. To those with an untrained eye, her movements can be difficult if not impossible to track. (similar to how Haku from Naruto goes from mirror to mirror to attack)

Elizabeth grew up in a lab where they essentially tortured feelings out of people. Most emotions are foreign to her and at the thought that she's feeling something, she either runs from it or goes into a mix of denial and confusion. Though she may seem very naive, she is prone to jumping to conclusions often and making herself look like a fool. Aside from the obvious, she has major curious streak and is quick to learn things. She loves sweet things and anything cute and/or fluffy. During one of those often moments where she jumps to conclusions she will draw her weapon on everyone she sees as a threat until she is calmed down.
History:
Most of Elizabeth's past is a mystery as she doesn't remember anything before the lab. She had been taken from her family at a very young age as most of them were caught in the crossfire between a battle of slayers and myths. She had been picked up by one of those in the battle and brought to the headquarters of the slayers. At first they had considered putting her up for adoption when the lab interfered saying they needed someone about her age to test out their newest procedures. The lab had been trying to create a way to turn their forces into supersoldiers. Elizabeth had apparently been number 12 in their experiment so they dubbed her Mu, the twelfth letter in the greek alphabet. She was not the first nor was she the last.
The experiments were brutal and the training was just as terrible but out of them all, numbers 11, 12, and 13 were the most productive. At least until 12 (Elizabeth) started thinking for herself. She wanted to see the sunshine and experience life and learn what it was to live. So she used the lab's own experiment against them. She used the powers they had given her to essentially sneak out unnoticed one night but when the lab discovered her escape, they sounded an alert. They have still not caught her but they are still on high alert as her abilities are still unstable.
Anything else: Her powers don't just take a lot of energy, they draw energy from her life force. The more she uses her powers the closer she gets to dying since she escaped before they could stabilize her powers. It is possible to have them stabilized but it would involve plots and forcing the lab to do it. Also, thanks to the lab and their 'training', she is near mastery with a katana and she does suffer from nightmares.
