Damian's personality differs slightly depending on how you meet him. In civilian clothes its almost impossible to tell he's one of the dreaded Slayers as he practically forgets his place with them. He's a light hearted person to the point where he can be considered a flirt. To be honest, he doesn't even realize that he's flirting because it just happens. He enjoys having a good time and although he seems the type to goof off constantly, he can be serious when he needs to be. He gets playfully defensive when people find him being in trouble amusing. Most importantly is his view on things. He'll follow his sister wherever she leads but even if he is conflicted, he'll always follow his morals first. His morals will be what rips him from his sister and forces them to clash. He is more of the ask questions first, actions later type as well as the type to be willing to trade almost anything for his life. He won't outright allow himself to be labeled a traitor unless there is just cause, as he believes he is the defender of the people.
History:
Like his sister's history, Damian's is kept mostly under wraps. The only files on his history are his current files with the Slayers and a few pieces of information regarding his family and birthplace. All that is noted about his family is that they were killed in a dragon attack, all save for him and his elder sister. His mother was a former commander in the ranks of the Slayers and unlike her, Damian did not have the will for flat out killing mystical creatures. While his sister became a general within the organization, Damian did little to try and be a part of them. He preferred to study the creatures they hunted and learn about them. Even though the death of his family was scarring, he saw both sides of the problem. He understood the anger behind the dragon's attack but he also wanted to keep others safe from such a beast. With some pushing from his sister, he became a Slayer only for the chance to eliminate the creatures that truly posed a threat to human kind.
He did eventually gather the intel required to locate the dragon that had attacked his family thanks to his girlfriend at the time who was undercover in a school system. On orders from his sister and his superior, he led a squad to attack the dragon only to lose his entire group and find that the intel was wrong. Despite this there was a civilian casualty and it would haunt him for as long as he lived. After this, he took the time to heal before tracking the dragon from that night to Jump City. His orders were to eliminate that dragon but he had yet to see if it was the right one or not. If the dragon posed a threat to any other human, it would need to be silenced for good. Currently, he awaits orders and is acting on his own.

and on a side note: He's allergic to bees, terribly afraid of drowning, suffers from claustrophobia, and despises the cold with a fiery passion. Also because it needs to be noted, around his neck is a thin chain that has a charm on it. The charm is the archaic rune for light and acts as a focus for his power. He calls it his 'good luck' charm.

- Due to being born into the rare species called Homo Magi, he has a natural affinity for magic. He is human only with the difference that he was born with his powers. Each and every one of his spells revolve around a language that is now dead. Latin. His spells are solely spoken and cannot be inscribed but they can be infused with other objects. The fact the language his spells are tied to is dead, translation and pronunciation are extremely difficult and poses its own challenge. He is capable of using any amount of spells as long as he can speak but the cost is taxing as it drains energy from the body depending on how powerful the spell is. It is possible to be killed by using a spell too strong for him alone to cast and it is possible to draw power from outside sources. Currently, he uses light based spells (where De Lux comes from) and is not skilled enough for much more as his pronunciation needs work because spells other than light based seem to enjoy exploding in his face. His complete arsenal of
successfulspells include light based spells of all sorts, illusions, and glamours. He also prefers not to use spells in front of his fellow Slayers or he'll be ousted as a 'metahuman'. - Magesight - A unique ability he inherited that his sister did not. It allows him to see through magic based glamour charms and illusions and is an ability he doesn't even realize he has. Illusions and magic based glamours have no effect and he can see what was hidden as if it had never even been cloaked to begin with.
