Name: Lena Marie Valentine
Codename: Siren
Age: 16
Race: Half human, Half dragon
Powers:
Weaknesses:
Date of birth: 10/31
Home: Jump City
Alliance: None/Neutral
Relationship: N/A
Appearance:
Human form ^^
Dragon form ^^
Personality: Lena is essentially the type to act like she doesn't care about anything and that she's the best thing in the world. Though she may seem high and mighty she really does have a soft side, even if it is buried beneath an attitude problem. She personally has no issues if people get hurt so long as they aren't her anyone she actually cares about. To most, they have a hard time finding out what she cares about because her instant reaction is to shut people out. Though she may seem a bit quiet and withdrawn, she does have a habit of insulting those she dislikes and prefers to let them know she dislikes them. Anyone else that she hasn't openly disliked, is either on her good side or she hasn't decided what to think about them. Even with her somewhat cold, untrusting personality, she does have a breaking point and she does get upset like everyone else just like she does enjoy showing off a bit.
History:
Home was never something Lena got to experience. Her mother and her were constantly on the move and she never knew her father. Her mother was a metahuman but under the guise of a normal human and only spoke of how great her father was but never were any pictures shown. The man was a complete mystery for the first five years of Lena's life. During those first five years, her mother tried to make life as normal as possible even if they did move a lot. Her mother taught her as if she was normal and could only pray that Lena would never show signs of any powers. Around the age of six, her mother decided maybe it was about time she started school. There hadn't been any outbursts of fire or anything so her mother assumed it was safe but then again, her father never had the power of fire but her mother did.
It was shortly after Lena had started middle school at age thirteen when the house was attacked. It had happened in the middle of the night while they were asleep. Before Lena and her mother had even known it, the house was burning and there was no escape. A piece of the house had fallen as they tried to escape, crushing and killing her mother. In that moment, everything changed. Lena had witnessed her own mother die before her and because she was so young, she couldn't accept it. In a fury of anger and pure hatred for the people that had destroyed the place she called home, she unleashed her powers for the first time. She'd become the very thing her mother had tried to prevent. Though the feeling was exhilarating, the fury consumed her and made her strike out at the attackers. She didn't do much to them except manage to drive them into retreating. By the time the attackers had retreated, she was completely at her limit and ended up collapsing. It wasn't everyday she got to painfully turn into a monster before passing out. When she awoke in the charred remains of her home, she looked around frantically still refusing to accept her mother's death when a voice called out to her.
"The woman is dead. You'd be better off to let her rest in peace"
She turned to face the speaker of those words, ready to let them have a piece of her mind when the face that went to the voice stopped her in her tracks. The man was a familiar stranger to her. She had never met him but she knew who he was, he was her father. Appearing at one of the worst times possible was a habit of his and he took advantage of the silence following Lena's shock. He explained all that her mother had not, answering questions when needed before urging her to come with him as it was no longer safe here. Though she did not trust him, she followed. They traveled for the next three years, and on those travels he taught her only a basic control before once again vanishing in the middle of the night while she was asleep. This time he had left a single clue. He left a note telling her they would meet again on a manilla envelope of papers. The papers were enrollment papers for a school in a nearby city as well as banking information and the information she would need to fend for herself until they met again. With the information in hand and a grudge to sort out, she left for Jump City.
Anything else: *shrugs* Her hair is naturally red but she dyed it blue? Oh and "yo mamma" jokes offend her. xD
Code Word: Titans Forever.
Codename: Siren
Age: 16
Race: Half human, Half dragon
Powers:
- Superhuman strength - Being only a half breed, her dragon strength is half of what a normal dragon has. Even so, in human form her strength is still considered superhuman as she is capable of ripping a steel door off its hinges and tossing it across a building with some strain.
- Sound manipulation - In human form she can modify the loudness, pitch, and tone of sounds to create various effects all with the use of her guitar. With her guitar she can create sonic blasts (similar to Punk Rocker of Teen Titans: Lost Episode) and counter vibrations. Counter vibrations use a frequency of sound to nullify another frequency. Without her guitar the extent of her powers are vibration emission (the ability to create shockwaves) and voice manipulation (the ability to alter one's singing/speaking voice; also allows for mimicry). Her most common use of power is Sonic Combustion, using her power to expand soundwaves in an object until it bursts. In her dragon form she has all of the above powers as well as the power to create razor wind using the sound of her wingbeat to create a cutting effect.
- Hypnosis - The ability to put one to sleep with the sound of music or the sound of ones voice as well as the ability to place suggestions into the minds of others while they are 'entranced'. Being interrupted can cause the spell to break as well as using a frequency that interrupts hers.
- Shapeshifting - The power to shift from her human form to her dragon form as well as partially shift. If needed she can shift her eyes as a scare tactic or in some cases, like when she's angry, her hair may gain a fiery appearance. For a full transformation, she enjoys creating a dramatic scene even when she's upset.
Weaknesses:
- Sound - Her hearing is fine tuned for sound and because of that, high pitched sounds can render her powerless as well as being a way to temporarily incapacitate her until she recovers.
- Sound inhibitors - Anything that blocks sound is capable of weakening if not completely nullifying her powers. Wind for example can either enhance or block sound.
- Her Human Form - In her human form she is just as frail as any normal human (not including her strength).
- Her Emotions - Most of her powers can be activated by accident if her emotions rage out of control, the most common being shapeshifting.
- Lack of control - Because she hasn't had any actual training in the way of her dragon powers, she has yet to fully control them and because of that she may cause more damage than she intends to
