Another boring school day. ( Open)

At the idea of forming a group everyone gave a shocked exprassion. Taylor even more so. A group like the Teen titans??? Taylor was thinking. Ugh, he said he would fight back but being in a crime fighting team.... But.. Being in a team with strong people he knew he could trust could help him get stronger.. " I.. I like that idea. If we train together we will get stronger then we could just by ourselves.." Taylor said as a smile grew on his face. Sarah blinked and looked at everyone and then also smiled, " Sure I don't see why not. Being a solo hero is fun but it can be a pain to fight harder battles on my own." Sarah said. Fane said nothing, she was almost overwhelmed, She... She was making friends and now they where going to form a party together.. She would not be so alone anymore. Fane then smiled and nodded, " I think that is a wonderful Idea." she said. Taji watched this but said nothing. She knew her friends would not say what she was and nor was she in the battle. So she had no reason to join this group or so she thought anyway.

[Fox]

Fox was smiling as everyone seemed to jump on board with his idea, even if it had taken the kitty knight to actually give voice to the idea. Still, it was nice to have it accepted in such a fashion! He noticed that Taji was being silent though and walked over to her, giving a slight tug on her hand to get her attention. "What's the matter Taji... don't you want to join us too? Maybe even Malady would join us too if we asked, then we could get a lot more training in a variety of ways." Fox made sure to keep his voice low while he spoke, not wanting to give away secrets.

It didn't seem like anyone except Taji was paying the kitsune much attention at the moment though, instead talking among themselves as they voiced ideas. Eric helped direct the conversation though. "I think the first item on the agenda, if we are going to form this group, is to find some place that we can all gather and train at. A base of operations if you will. Preferably somewhere a little more secluded than that giant tower in the bay. We don't want to advertise our position to those that wish us harm after all. I'm still not very accustomed to this city, despite wandering it's streets quite a bit. Does anyone have any ideas on a location" He asked everyone gathered.

Taji blinked when Fox tugged on her hand. She then looked down at the kitsune kneeling to one knee so she was not towering above him as he poke. At his words the half dragon gave a weak smile and shook her head. " I don't know if that would be a good idea Fox... Right now no one but the ones here besides the Knight knows that I'm a half dragon...... If I get into battles I will have to show what I am... And that could just make things worse.." Taji said in a whisper. She did not want to put any one in danger if she could help it.


Sarah, Fane and Taylor all gathered around Eric as he started to list off ideas. As he talked about a place to gather Sarah started to think about the places in Jump they could go to. As she went deep into thought a memory came back to her. Her eyes grew wide at the idea, it could work but... It was the hideout of the most evilest villein ever... But he abandoned it years ago... "I... I may know a place.. If you don't mind it having a bad history..." Sarah said as she looked around at everyone.

[Fox]

Eric's large kitty ears twitched as he caught some comments from the young lady standing near Fox and his eyes widened just a bit at what he heard. He listened to what Sarah had to say first though, nodding his head. "If the site you mention meets our needs I don't care about what history it might have. We can re-purpose the place to become a bastion for good!" Eric suddenly spun on his heel then to face Taji, grinning like a Cheshire cat.

"Assuming the place is large enough for our half dragon friend in her transformed state." He added with a wink, enjoying the stunned expression on the young girl's face and that of the kitsune. "You really should speak about such things more privately... these ears of mine tend to hear more than one would think. Though I think Fox here knows what I mean." Eric gave a gentle tug on his own ear before doing the same to Fox's left ear.

"And I think Fox is just a well of wonderful ideas. If you joined you could hone your skills with us as well. You can't hide forever, as apparently the Cult of the Slayers already knew where you were going for an education. I say embrace who you are, show the world that not all dragons are malevolent. Become a protector of the innocent with us and show the lie about those despicable slayers. Just as I mentioned to Taylor here, none of us can really hide anymore. We're stronger together than we are alone, so will you do us the honor of joining us as well?" Eric bowed slightly and extended his hand in a courtly manner, as if asking a princess to dance with him at a ball.

"I can't believe he overheard me..." Fox muttered under his breath. "I heard that too Fox." Eric replied, still smiling and offering his hand to Taji. Fox blinked with shock and then made a small 'harrumph' sound at Eric's excellent sense of hearing.

Sarah smiled when Eric said the place would do even if it had a bad past. Though blinked in shock when he came out and said if it could hold a dragon. How?? How did he know about Taji?? Fane and Taylor thought the same thing but said nothing. Taji's eyes grew wide when the Knight had over heard her as she talked to Fox. She then slowly looked at him but did not stand up. Her join a team and fight crime... Not just crime but fight the slayers that have been haunting her down most her life. A flash of fear come and went from her eyes and she looked away from the Knight. He had no idea what he was asking.. But he was also right... It was getting harder and harder to hide and have a normal life.. Would it be better if she fought back for her right to live?? Taji then looked up again and this time looked at everyone. If she joined this team.. She would not be alone anymore.. A weak smile came to Taji and she reached for the "watch" that was on her arm and turned it off, with a flicker her true self was reveled. " your right... I should show the world not all dragons or evil and should accept what I am.. A half dragon. And now, I'm not alone anymore." Taji said and took Eric's offered hand.

[Fox]

Eric was happy to see Taji so readily join their little alliance and helped her rise back up to a standing position. Fox grinned and transformed to his normal mode, his clothing reappearing on him as he did so. The transformation seemed to cause Eric some surprise, and it was satisfying to Fox to see the look of confusion on the kitty knight's face. Fox grinned and put his hands on his hips, looking quite smug.

"So what are we going to call ourselves? Every super hero group needs a name to call their team!" He declared with a confident tone, causing everyone to look a little surprised. None them had really thought about that yet, despite having thought far enough ahead to try and locate a place to gather and train.

"Once again Fox is a veritable fount of excellent ideas! Indeed we need a name to identify our group if we're going to be serious about this. Any suggestions comrades?" Eric asked, looking around at everyone in hopes they'd have a good idea. He couldn't help but pet Fox on the head, ruffling the kitsune's fur a bit. Fox took the attention in stride, used to being pet by practically everyone he met.

At the question posed Sarah, Fane and Taylor all looked at each other and blinked. They just stared at each other for a few minutes but nothing good came to mind. Taji held her chin as she thought about a name but nothing was coming to her. So she just said the first thing that came to mind. "Freedom Warriors?" Taji said at the top of her head. "Heroes of Justice?" Fane chimed in. "the guardians?" Taylor said in a unsure voice. Well that was the best they could think of but if none of those names worked they would try again.

" How about The Alliance? Would make sense if this team is a mix of humans and magical creatures working together." chimed in a new voice. Everyone turned in shock to look at the new comer. Amara could not help but laugh at everyone's expressions. " Hello, I'm Amara. Taylor, Sarah you may not remember me but I went to the same school as you up to a year ago." Amara said with a smile. Sarah and Taylor looked at each other and then back at Amara. Sarah was the first to remember. " Oh!! I remember!! You where that annoying smart kid!!!" Sarah said and pointed at Amara who just laughed. " Oh yeah!! You graduated school last year! But what are you doing here?" Taylor asked

Amara looked at everyone who was here before speaking. " I came back to school today just to visit.. And well you know what happened... I could not do much but followed the both of you when you guys ran off to lead those people away. And guess what?? I happened to have my camera on me catching everything that happend and I plan on giving this to the news people, cuz everyone needs to know what going on. Don't worry I just recorded what happened at the school and the battle You had with those slayers and robots." Amara said and took a deep breath before going on. " Also... I.. I know this is out of the blue... But... Can I join your team??? Amara asked and looked at everyone and waited for a answer.

[Fox]

"More people mean more friends!" Fox declared getting a running start and then jumping into Amara's arms and giving her a friendly lick on the face as greeting. It seemed that he had no objection to this new person joining their unnamed group, though his friendliness toward the near total stranger seemed to stun everyone but Fox. Eric blinked a couple times, a little surprised at just how very friendly the kitsune was.

"Well it seems the little fellow has taken a liking to you already." Eric said with a chuckle, waving one hand to indicate Fox who was making himself quite comfortable in Amara's arms. Lucky for her he was so lightweight no matter which form he was in. "I have no objection to you joining, though I'd prefer that everyone agree unanimously to avoid any dissent among our little group. That fair enough?" Eric asked, being quite diplomatic with the whole situation.

" Whoa!" Amara said when Fox jumped into her arms, she laughed though and smiled when he licked her. Well this little guy sure was cute~ She hugged Fox and snuggled him a little before looking at Eric. She nodded at his words and looked at Sarah, Fane, Taji and Taylor. Well she knew at lest two people of this group. But she still felt she better explain what she can do. She never tried to hide it but she was a metahuman. She just never had to use her powers all that much and she did not care who knew. But first... " Ok before any says anything I would like to tell you more about my self. I'm good at building and taking things apart. I love to experiment and try new things. I know my way around a computer. So.. What I'm saying I will be happy to do the group's tech and back ground work. Also one more thing.." She said as she set Fox down and took a few steps back. " You may want to step back little guy." Amara said with a smile and closed her eyes. Amara's body then started to surge with electricity. She then opened her eyes and held up her hand palm skyward. A ball of electricity form in her hand. And due to the power of the electricity Amara's hair started to flout as if there no gravity.


After a minute Amara charged down and she smiled at the group," I can help in battles to if need be." she said. Sarah looked at Amara in shock, she never knew the annoying geek kid she knew was a metahuman!!! After a minute Sarah recovered nodded her head and smiled. " Sure I don't see why not." Sarah said. Taylor was just as shock but nodded," the more help the better." he said. " I think Ms.Emmons would be good for the team." Fane said with a smile. " I'm ok with her joining. Would be nice to have someone help with tech." Taji said and looked at Eric.

[Fox]

Fox didn't back quite as far away from Amara as he probably should have, as when she finished her little demonstration his fur was all poofed out. Fox didn't seem to notice it though, instead his three tails were wagging. "Neat! I bet you could fry those robots pretty good." He stated happily as he continued to bounce around in his own hyperactive manner.

"Well it seems that no one is against you joining... so welcome aboard! Wait, you said you do well with computers and other such technological contraptions correct? Perhaps we should take some of the remnants of those... mechanical men with us for you to study? Those blasted things have been plaguing me ever since I came to this time period." Eric stated bluntly, already seeing how useful the new girl could be to their group.

"Oh, and before I forget... I must say that I rather liked your suggestion for a name Taylor. The Guardians... it seems to signify what we do. We will guard and defend those that can't do it themselves. I think it was a distinct ring to it." Eric said, changing back to the previous topic of conversation.

"Yeah, I like The Guardians too! It sounds cool." The purple kitsune announced cheerfully, his fur still standing on end from the electrical discharge in the air. The overall look of all that fuzziness sticking out made him look ridiculously adorable.

"Anyway, let's go back and gather any promising pieces of those metal men before the city watch arrives and confiscates them all as evidence. Plus I don't want to explain what happened to those slayers even though it wasn't our doing that killed them."
