Emma frowned at Daniel. " your a creep you know that?? I was just trying to help but I guess your one of those high and mighty hero types.... Ugh just my luck... Fine have it your way hero...." Emma said in angry voice but it was clear that Daniel's words hurt her. Though she kept her gun out ready to shoot if Daniel needed any help. The ghost girl sighed and shook her head, " Dude where you dropped on your head when where a baby? Sheesh." She said with a sigh,
the monster charged at Daniel with its deadly claws. groaning as it tried to kill him.

"Don't be sad, little Emma, I'll have this wrapped up in no time. Oh, and 'mysterious ghost girl', don't worry about me, I have all the brain cells I need." Daniel said, a glint of amusement in his eyes. Without another word, he swung the case just about as hard as he could. If that failed to have an effect, he could always go to plan B, within the case, but that wouldn't be fun. Hopefully, battering the thing with a blunt object would be enough.

Emma just frowned and kept her gun at the ready, Just in case if things went wrong. The ghost girl could not help but laugh at Daniel. Ahhh if she where still alive she could see herself friends with him. But sadly she was dead. So all she could do was watch the battle.
The monster stumbled backward when smacked with the case It stunned the monster for a minute but it started to charge at Daniel once more, Emma's heart was racing as she pointed her gun at the monster. Her finger on the trigger ready to fire at any second. " Daniel if you don't beat it soon I will shoot the monster in the head!" she stated not caring what Daniel would think about that.

"Tsk! Tsk! Such a spoil sport! Alright, I'll finish this up for ya." Daniel laughed. Well, the thing did respond to blunt force. Too bad he couldn't waste time working it down with the case. In one fluid motion, he tossed the case into the air, unlocking it as he did so. The case opened to reveal a two-handed sword. As the blade began to fall, Daniel caught it by the handle, though a bit more awkwardly than how he caught the case again with the other hand, and flipped it closed again. "Need more practice, not too good at tossing this thing around yet." he mused. The blade was a new addition to his arsenal. As of yet, he hardly knew how to use it, but he didn't feel like he needed much skill to go up against this...whatever it was. "I hope you like infomercials, because I'm gonna be slicin' and dicin'!" he laughed, wielding the blade in one hand, and sending a downward slice in the monster's direction, spinning as he ended the move so as to aid him in dealing with the inertia such a heavy blade had.

the monster was to slow to move to get out of the way when Daniel came down on it with his sword. The blade cut into its body and the monster let out a skin crawling scream and fell to the ground, Though it was not dead yet and kept trying to attack Daniel. Not being able to take this any longer Emma squeezed the trigger sending one bullet onto the monster, the monster then fell to the ground dead. Emma stood there frozen eyes wide and barely breathing, This was the first time she had killed something living. It was a mindless monster but still a living thing.. the ghost girl let out a low whistle. " Wow... Wow is all I can say." the Ghost girl said. Emma said nothing and just stood there.

"Huh...would have been neat to see what killin' such a thing would feel like, but hey, ya take what ya get. In any case, that was fun!" Daniel said as he sheathed his blade, a process which was much like unsheathing it, except for he didn't throw the case into the air first. No need to be fancy when it doesn't feel right. "Hey 'ghost' girl, any more fights around here? I could really go for a good pummel-only-about-as-hard-as-you're-getting-pummeled fight right about now. This one was...disappointing, at best." he gave the dead body a kick, showing his dissatisfaction at the fight that he was given.

The ghost girl looked at Daniel and raised a eye brow. Ok this guy really was dropped on his head. The ghost girl folded her arms and sighed. " I have no idea. I have only been here a few days and have not had a chance to reallyt explore. But for the sake of the living I would have to say I hope there are no more things down here." She said the odd man. It took Emma moment but she findly snapped out of whatever daze she was in, just in time to hear Daniel ask if there where more monsters down here. But said nothing, she had learned by now Daniel was crazy and trying to stop him would be of no use... " you want to look for more? well... I think to save others from finding more I guess we could go monster hunting.. I will act as backup ok?" Emma said giving a looks she would not take no for a answer.

"Monster hunting...I like that sound of that. Are you sure you only want to be backup? I'll be so lonely, scared, and, well, by myself if you hide behind my back all the time." Daniel joked, his eyes lighting up at the mention of seeking more fights. It would be interesting, seeing what he would need the sword for, and where he could get away with the case. He enjoyed the potential for fluidity and subtly with the sword, of course, but the brash nature of the case made the weapon more or less an extension of himself, just a bit of a heavier one.

Emma shot a angry glare at Daniel. " Hey! At least I'm willing to go! I could just leave you know..." Emma growled reloading her gun and making sure she got lots of spare ones. the ghost girl could not help but laugh a little. Watching these two was lots of fun. " Well I guess I could act like a scout. This should be fun... Though please don't get your selves killed... I may be a bit lonely but not that lonely..." she said with a creepy chuckle. And with that The ghost girl started to walk down the hallways that got darker as they went. Emma tried her best to look brave as she fell in line behind Daniel. he may be annoying but he seemed to be a skilled fighter. She may not have much but she was good with a gun. Had to be with the job she has.. As the hallways grew darker Emma could still see. But it would still be nice if there where some lights...

"You could just leave, that's true, but I'd probably just follow you. You seem to attract interesting things, little Emma." Daniel smiled. "Well, speaking of leaving, let's go! Those beasties won't pummel themselves!" he laughed, following after the ghost girl. His eyesight was keen, but it was little to boast of, especially with both the glasses on his face and when compared to the puppy girl's. Nevertheless, he wandered along, giving off no sign that he couldn't quite see in the darkened hallways.
