Powers: Nullification , self healing and flying.
Justice can stop any kind of power thrown at her, the only things she cannot block are things made out of tech. So she can still be shot at and killed.
Some strong points, her power is it strongest when she is trying to protect someone, Thats when no other powers can hit her or the person she is trying to save.
Some Draw backs, She can be hit by powers if she is caught by surprise, leaving her wide open for a few minutes. Another Draw back, if she is only protecting her self her power is not as strong so she might get blasted sometimes.
Her healing powers just allow her to heal faster then normal people, bit it does keep her from bleeding to badly. And sadly she cannot heal others, this power only works on herself.
As for her wings if they are broken she will not be able to fly, and unlike Malady she can hid her winds do they cannot be seen.

Personality:
Justice is a nice person that always stands up for what she believes in, and hates injustice. She will do anything she can to make sure justice is done. So you might say she is living up to her name sake. Justice is also a very forgiving person, of someone where to truly be sorry and change their ways. She would forgive anything they have done to others or to her self and help them make a better life for them selves. And to most younger people she seems like the older loving sister they never had. Though when you get to know Justice more, anyone would be able to tell she is looking for someone. When you ask all she will say she is looking for someone dear to her.
History:
Justice life started out like any other normal child's life. she had a loving family and loved her twin sister Machiko, Though even though they shared the same face. For some odd reason Machiko had silver hair not blond like hers. But that did not matter to Justice, she loved her sister all the same. And would go after any one who made fun of her sister. For a very short time Justice had a great family and she loved them very much.
Till one day Machiko cut her self very badly, Justice along with Mother and Father rushed in to help her when they heard her cries. They helped her the best that they could getting Machiko's blood all over them. they got her sister to the hospital and they where able to seal up the cut. After that everyone was just happy that Machiko was alright and went back home. Though a few days later Justice and her Mother and Father got very sick, and at night. The twines Mother and Father passed away. Justice went into a deep sleep that was like death but she was still alive. Though thinking she was dead when the cops came they arrested her sister and took her away on charges of murder If Justice would have been awake she could have cried out for he sister and would have said she was not the one who had killed them.
Though as luck would have it, before they put Justice into a body peg a paramedic looked at Justice and something told him she was not dead... So he felt one last time for a heart beat. He felt one so ever faint but a heart beat was there. After that they rushed Justice to the hospital. With in a few days Justice woke up and her first word was her sisters name. But she was no where to found, later they told her what they thought her sister had done. Right away Justice yelled at the doctors saying they where wrong. Her sister would would never do such a thing, her sister loved her family and would never hurt them on prepuce.
After a few months they let Justice go and she was put into foster care. There she was placed is a... Not so great place but Justice did not let that get her down. She made a vow that she would find her sister and make a better life for her self. After a few years Justice was then moved into a new foster family that was a lot better. They got her into karate school so she could learn to defend her self. After a few years this foster family became her new family, but she never forgot about her sister...
Then one day when she was walking home from school some meta humans where attacking people just for the fun of it. They where about to do one last blow but Justice opened her wings for the first time in years.
And flew right in the path of the attacks to try to save the helpless people. Then something happned that shocked her, the attacks stopped just before it could reach her. Her nullification power fully awakened. Justice did not know how she was doing this but was glad she was able to stop the attacks dead. At the sight of this the meta humans got scared and ran off. A few days later Justice got news if her long lost sister, though it was not very good. It was a in the news paper, it was about the " Angel of death" As Justice read it and when they walked about what the Angel of death looked like it hit her.. It was Machiko!! Her sister is alive but is a killer!! Justice then knew she had to find her sister and stop her.
So from then on Justice became a hero, seeing as her sister is now a criminal the best way to find her is to fight crime. So Justice then found a outfit she could use, though she did not give her self a hero name. And one day out of now where a bow and arrows appered to her. It was a magic bow and arrow, that would not be canclled by her Nullification power and would never run out of arrows. ( she tested them out lol) From that day on she was known as the angel of justice. Though people called her that, she did not choose a super hero name. Now all Justice had to do was wait and follow leads. Some day soon she would find her beloved sister and pull her out of the darkness.
